Customer case studies,
added as we publish them.
Agent Experience Optimization is a new category. We’d rather show you nothing than show you invented numbers. As we onboard customers and they agree to share results, real case studies will be published here with named brands and verifiable metrics.

Where we are
AEO.page is an early-stage platform building the analytics and optimization layer for AI-answer search. Public case studies require a real customer, real measurements, and the customer’s permission to publish. We’re working on the first batch now.
In the meantime, the section below explains exactly how we measure impact, so you can run the same methodology on your own site or audit our future case studies against it.
How we measure Agent Experience Optimization impact
Every metric we’d put on a case study comes from this measurement stack. You can run the same instrumentation on your own site — that’s effectively what our platform automates.
Baseline: AI citation rate, before any changes
Pick 20–30 queries you’d like to win citations for. Manually check ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Record whether each cites your domain or a competitor. This is your starting citation rate — a fixed percentage you can re-measure month over month. Use our free AEO audit for the technical readiness baseline (schema, headings, llms.txt, etc.).
Agent traffic at the edge
Log every AI agent request that reaches your site (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot, Bingbot for Copilot, etc.). Track unique agents, pages crawled, and intent (training, real-time fetch, search index). This is the closest proxy for “how much AI is looking at us” that doesn’t require querying every LLM. Our platform captures this automatically once DNS is pointed at the AEO edge.
Crawl → citation → referral → conversion attribution
The full funnel: an AI agent crawls a page → the brand is cited in an LLM answer → a human clicks the citation and visits the site → converts. Each step has a different measurement source (edge logs, citation scan, referrer headers, your existing analytics). Lining these up gives you the only honest answer to “did AEO move revenue” — and it’s the metric we’d quote in any published case study.
Share of voice across LLMs
Re-run your baseline query set every 2–4 weeks. Track your citation share (your domain vs. the set of all citations in the answer). This is the rolling indicator of how the AEO interventions are shifting the answer-engine landscape for your category.
Pro tip
Don’t wait for perfect tooling. Start with a manual citation check on 20–30 of your most important queries. It takes about 30 minutes a month. That’s how every published case study in this space — including ours, when we have them — will be measured at its core.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where are the actual case studies?
We’re an early-stage company building the platform now. Publishing a real case study requires (a) a customer using the platform long enough to show meaningful change, (b) measurable before/after data, and (c) the customer’s permission to attach their name. We’d rather have an empty page than fabricated metrics. As soon as we have publishable customer results, they’ll appear here with named brands and methodology audit trails.
How long does Agent Experience Optimization take to show results?
Technical changes (schema, llms.txt, robots.txt access for AI crawlers) usually show up in agent crawl logs within days. Content restructuring and citation gains in LLM answers typically take 30–90 days to compound, because most LLMs update their indexes on a rolling cadence. Some changes (like making your site reachable to GPTBot when it was blocked) can flip citations in a single re-index cycle.
Can I run the methodology myself before signing up?
Yes — that’s the point of publishing the methodology above. Run a manual baseline, make changes, re-measure in a month. Our platform automates this end-to-end (citation scanning across LLMs, agent crawl analytics, attribution funnel), but the underlying measurements are not proprietary. Use our free AEO audit to get a technical readiness score on your site without signing up.
Will you be a case study?
If you’re onboarding early and willing to share data, talk to us. Early customers get hands-on optimization help in exchange for being part of the first published case studies (with named-brand or anonymized options at your choice).
